Return and Refund policy

Original Artworks — No Returns

All original artwork sales are final. Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of original works, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Before You PurchaseWe want you to feel completely confident before buying. We encourage you to:

• Request additional photographs or video of the work

• Ask about materials, texture, scale, or any other details

• Arrange to view the work in person where possible

All reasonable enquiries will be answered promptly. Once a purchase is made, it is assumed the buyer is satisfied with the information provided.

Exceptions — Damaged in TransitIf your artwork arrives damaged, you must:

• Document the damage within 48 hours of delivery

• Photograph the damage, packaging, and shipping label before moving anything

• Contact us at art.oraya.rogers@gmail.com with evidence

We will work with the courier to resolve the claim. Resolutions may include repair, partial refund, or full refund depending on the outcome of the claim.

Exceptions — Not as DescribedIf the work you receive is materially different from its listing (wrong piece, significant undisclosed damage), contact us within 48 hours. We will investigate and resolve in line with UK consumer law.

What this policy does not cover:

• Change of mind

• Colour variations due to screen calibration

• Size appearing different than expected in your space

Shipping Policy — Original Artworks (A1)

Packaging All original artworks are carefully packaged in a custom wooden crate designed to protect the work during transit. The crate is constructed to absorb impact and prevent movement, ensuring your artwork arrives in the same condition it left the studio.

Carriers We ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or a specialist art courier depending on destination and artwork value. The carrier is selected at our discretion to ensure the safest possible delivery.

Shipping Destinations & Timeframes

Timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruption are outside our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and will be clearly displayed before payment is taken. For worldwide shipments, please contact us for a quote before purchasing.

Insurance All original artworks are fully insured during transit for their full purchase value. In the event of loss or damage, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Customs & Import Duties International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are outside our control. We recommend checking your local regulations before purchasing.

Tracking All shipments include full tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your artwork has been dispatched.

Dispatch Timeframe Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days of payment being received. If there is any delay we will contact you promptly.

Please note for European Union buyers: As the United Kingdom is no longer part of the European Union, all shipments from the UK to EU countries are subject to customs clearance. This may result in import duties, VAT, or handling fees charged by your local customs authority upon arrival. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not covered by us.
