Shipping Policy — Original Artworks (A1)
Packaging All original artworks are carefully packaged in a custom wooden crate designed to protect the work during transit. The crate is constructed to absorb impact and prevent movement, ensuring your artwork arrives in the same condition it left the studio.
Carriers We ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or a specialist art courier depending on destination and artwork value. The carrier is selected at our discretion to ensure the safest possible delivery.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and will be clearly displayed before payment is taken. For worldwide shipments, please contact us for a quote before purchasing.
Insurance All original artworks are fully insured during transit for their full purchase value. In the event of loss or damage, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.
Customs & Import Duties International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are outside our control. We recommend checking your local regulations before purchasing.
Tracking All shipments include full tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your artwork has been dispatched.
Dispatch Timeframe Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days of payment being received. If there is any delay we will contact you promptly.

Please note for European Union buyers: As the United Kingdom is no longer part of the European Union, all shipments from the UK to EU countries are subject to customs clearance. We strongly recommend checking your country's current import regulations for artwork before placing an order. We are happy to answer any questions before you purchase.

It is the general policy of OrayaArt to ship to anywhere in the UK within a month of receiving the order, however we will endeavour to ensure you receive goods as soon as is reasonably possible. Please note our couriers cannot deliver to PO boxes
International Shipping Policy
International customers should be aware that taxes and duty charges are the responsibility of the customer and/or recipient.
We endeavour to deliver to most countries abroad, we will not do this if it is on the .GOV list of countries advised to not travel within.
Depending on the origin of the goods provided
it is advised that you contact seller before purchasing goods to get a more accurate delivery timetable. some paintings may be stored abroad and need repatrionising to the UK before they can be processed and be shipped both in the UK and abroad

Please note, Art works are generally but not exclusively packaged in boxes or in wooden crates.
To ensure the protection of the package, deliveries ill not be left. it is essential to arrange that the receiver is available to take delivery or the cost of redelivery is at the expense of the customer. please bear this in mind when leaving a delivery name and address.
While we offer a free delivery service we reserve the right to charge in exceptional cases.
