It is the general policy of OrayaArt to ship to anywhere in the UK within a month of receiving the order, however we will endeavour to ensure you receive goods as soon as is reasonably possible.
We aim to make delivery within 18 working days, however delivery times may vary by destination. Please note our couriers cannot deliver to PO boxes

International customers should be aware that taxes and duty charges are the responsibility of the customer and/or recipient.
We endeavour to deliver to most countries abroad, we will not do this if it is on the .GOV list of countries advised to not travel within.

it is advised that you contact seller before purchasing goods to get a more accurate delivery timetable. some paintings may be stored abroad and need repatrionising to the UK before they can be processed and be shipped both in the UK and abroad

Please note, Art works are generally but not exclusively packaged in boxes or in wooden crates.
To ensure the protection of the package, deliveries ill not be left. it is essential to arrange that the receiver is available to take delivery or the cost of redelivery is at the expense of the customer. please bear this in mind when leaving a delivery name and address.
While we offer a free delivery service we reserve the right to charge in exceptional cases.
